Your company and its brand are uniquely your own, which means there are times when existing exhibit and display systems fail to adequately capture your true identity. Custom Exhibits allows Display Dynamics the freedom to create an exhibit that’s just for you, one that is designed and manufactured from the ground up to produce a product that is as unique as you are, and perhaps more importantly, one that literally speaks your brand. With an unlimited array of materials and finishes to work with, Custom Exhibits generate successful leads and maximize returns while only being limited to the imagination.

Linear Exhibits

Linear Exhibits

Defined as 8’ or 10’ deep booths that start at 10’ wide then extend to 20’, 30’ and beyond, Linear Exhibits represent one of the most popular forms of exhibit configurations. Being Linear in nature means access and viewing remain exclusively from the front, leaving exhibitors only a few quick moments to capture a prospect’s attention and convey your message before they continue on down the aisle. Let our intimate knowledge of this venerable exhibit form work to your corporate advantage by creating Linear Exhibiting success.

Islands & Peninsulas

Islands & Peninsulas

The larger footprints generated by Island and Peninsula Exhibits provide exhibitors the ability to expand their presence and impact on the trade show floor. With traffic approaching from multiple directions, additional sight-lines are created to present a unique set of design challenges that are associated with these booth configurations. And for 25 years Display Dynamics has been up to the challenge, designing and producing Island & Peninsula Exhibits with distinction, no matter what your specific requirements may be.

Meetings & Events

Meetings & Events

Nevermind all the various booth types and configurations that can be found on the trade show floor; Meetings and Events present their own unique set of challenges. Not only do they present themselves in terms of design and manufacturing, but careful consideration must also be given to narrow installation windows, venue restrictions, plus the ability to work and coordinate with on-site A/V and media companies. Display Dynamics is uniquely qualified with decades of experience in creating successful Meetings & Event Exhibits to remember.

Custom Exhibit Design

A custom exhibit remains the ultimate vehicle to most accurately represent your company and portray its unique brand and identity. It is also among the most effective ways to fully realize your marketing goals and initiatives on the trade show floor. But a custom exhibit can also be the most complicated exhibit project to undertake given the almost infinite array of possibilities and options that exist when attempting to create something special from scratch. And like any successful project, the amount of thought and pre-planning that is done will have a direct and proportional impact on the final result. So before the design pen hits the paper, we invite you to consider the following in order to get the most out of your one-of-a-kind custom exhibit experience with us...

Trade Show Objectives

Trade Show Objectives

Simply put, why are you exhibiting? Common objectives include generating leads, presenting new products and/or services, serving existing customers and key markets, and increasing brand awareness. This crucial question helps determine what type of booth layout and configuration will work best in accomplishing your company's trade show goals. For example, a more closed-in and intimate layout will be more successful in developing relationships with your visitors, while a more open and inviting space increases new lead generation by increasing general traffic.

Branding

Branding

How should visitors perceive your company? Your trade show exhibit should be considered as an extension of your company, one that physically speaks your brand, sets an appropriate mood, and translates its personality to those who come to view it. Key shapes, colour, tone, typeface and graphic presentation all speak of your company's brand. As such, it is quite important that these key factors are translated to the designer to be incorporated into your tailored exhibit design.

What image do you wish to convey? The answer to this question ensures that key design features are incorporated to enhance your desired positioning within your marketplace. Items such as hardware & finish materials and surface treatments all perform their own functions to portray this as a whole. For example, clean, modern, and uncluttered may better relate to a high-tech industry where a historic and well established firm may benefit from warmer and more classical design elements.

Message & Impression

Message & Impression

What is your immediate message? Trade show attendees will quickly generate their first impression of your exhibit, and therefore your company by its direct association. It is therefore crucial to establish what your key and uncluttered message is that matters most to your target audience. You are not alone on the trade show floor so it is extremely important to use what little time you have to draw their attention efficiently. Perhaps it's your brand, your products, or your competitive advantage Above all, keep it simple! The best impressions are those that endure through time, and less is easier to remember. Take this opportunity to its fullest extent by creating an impression that last beyond the trade show floor.

Design & Build Budget

Design & Build Budget

While budget does in fact determine what you are prepared to spend, it also gives the designer crucial data in determining the limits of scale, architectural elements, graphics & messaging opportunities, material quality, audio/visual components, and lighting. And don't forget the transport cases and/or crating! While they can be fairly costly, your exhibit is truly an investment and these items are the key to maximizing it.

Project Timeline

Project Timeline:

While the bulk of the work falls into our hands, the creation of a new trade show exhibit is in fact a working partnership. The ultimate success of any new exhibit involves client participation, and proper preparation ahead of time will greatly increase the speed of its process. That said, the design and build process can generally take anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks, of course depending on the exhibit's overall size and the complexity of its components. But a successful design does take time, so it is recommended that you work backwards from your first show requirement to determine when you should commence these crucial preparations for the development of a truly successful custom exhibit.

Beyond the essential corporate objectives that will help create your tailored exhibit design, equally important fuctional elements must be considered to piece it all cohesively together.
